Entry into Papua New Guinea can be challenging if your visa requirements and travel logistics are not in place. In Papua New Guinea, public transportation or PMVs is available or you can organize a taxi which is available mainly within the town boundaries, however the recommended option would be to organize transportation with a reputable tour company prior to your arrival. For domestic flights, Air Niugini or PNG Air are the primary carrier. Please note that flight delays can be frustrating so plan these in advance.
